Let's be real... all of us have at least a tendency to gravitate toward what's easy, even if it's not right. The right thing very often requires a choice to do the hard thing. What will you choose?

It's true. No plant, animal, or human can grow in a literal sense without struggle. And the same is true in life...we only grow through struggle. Don't chase struggle, but when you face it, embrace it, and GROW.

No one will move for you. Whether it's physical body movement. action at work, or leadership at home, it's your move. It's up to you.

Let's be real... at some point, everyone has one of "those" mornings. We just have a bad start, nothing goes right. When it happens, what is your reset?

We all have it in common. From midnight to midnight, we all have 86,400 seconds. What are you going to MAKE happen in your 86,000 seconds?

It's true. The number one cause of problems is people. Without people, this world would have no problems. BUT, without people, there'd be no color, no beauty, no design, no uniqueness, the list goes on...

It's a new year. You might have a fresh perspective. You might plan to make a new "you". But without a new PATTERN, the new you will fade as fast as the new year holiday. What pattern will you change?

More often then not, when all else fails, perseverance prevails. But at the same time, there are times we need to stop, refocus, pivot, and go a new direction. At your crossroads, which is it for you?

It truly matters what we fill our ears with because they're the channel to our mind! What music, podcasts, news, and information are you listening to? And what kind of effect is it having on your life?

WHAT IF I fail? WHAT IF I look stupid? WHAT if it backfires. How about WHAT IF I SUCCEED? WHAT IF IT'S AMAZING?

Everything in life has two sides. Every decision, every argument, every task, and every relationship. Too often we get stuck on one side, oblivious to the fact that there's another side to see. FLIP THE COIN. See both sides. Then decide.

You won’t have energy to feed your dreams if you don’t first starve your dreads.
